How do I top-up my prepaid credit?
It is very easy to top-up your prepaid credit through the following steps:
- Please select the amount you want to top-up.
- Enter the mobile number you would like to receive the credit on.
- Enter your email address or login to your account when you are registered.
- Select the payment method ‘Telefonkarte Comfort’.
- Check your order overview and click on Pay.
- Complete the payment using your 16 digit Telefonkarte Comfort PIN.
- Upon receipt of your payment, your credit will be added automatically and you will receive a confirmation via email.
I have entered a wrong mobile number for my top-up. What now?
We can only change the mobile phone number when the top-up was not successful. If the entered mobile number was by chance another valid number, we can no longer change it nor refund the payment.
What are the benefits when I sign up?
With a registered account, you benefit from a simplified ordering process. In addition, you can view previous orders and download invoices.
